OSRAM extends its guarantee on systems, electronic control gears and HCI/HQI high-pressure discharge lamps.
The following terms and conditions apply:
Guarantee Level 3c
The System+ Guarantee (Lamp + ECG) applies to POWERTRONIC ECGs of the PTi 35 S and PTi 35 I, PTi 70 S and PTi 70 I, PTU 35 and PTU 35 L, PTU 70 and PTU 150 series when used in conjunction with the following high-pressure discharge lamps from OSRAM:
* HCI-TF with 20 W,
* HCI-T with 35, 70 and 150 W,
* HCI-TS with 70 and 150 W,
* HCI-TC with 20, 35 and 70 W,
* HQI-T and HQI-TS with 70 and 150 W,
* HCI-PAR with 35 and 70 W.
An annual operating time of no more than 4,000 lighting hours is conditional for the guarantee. The System+ Guarantee (lamp + ECG) applies only to lighting systems with no less than 25 fixtures. Adherence to the IEC switching rhythm is conditional. The System+ Guarantee (lamp + ECG) applies to systems operated at full capacity (100% load); it does not apply to systems running at a reduced capacity. For the extended one-year system guarantee, the lighting system must be registered with OSRAM. You may follow this link to register. Registration must be made within 30 days of initial operation of the lighting system.
General Conditions
Guarantee Level 3c requires registration after initial operation. The one-year guarantee is valid only for the original set of high-pressure discharge lamps of the types listed above that are installed in the system. The one-year guarantee expires upon lamp replacement (1st relamping). Statutory guarantee claims shall not be affected by this guarantee and shall apply independent from it and in parallel. Guarantee claims will be handled by the local OSRAM office in the relevant country. Exterior applications are exempt from guarantee.
