Guarantee Level 3d

The System⁺ Guarantee (lamp + ECG) applies to HALOTRONIC/HALOTRONIC MOUSE ECGs of the HTM series with a capacity of 70, 105 and 150 watt, the HTL series with a capacity of 105 and 225, the HT 120 LF and the HTN 75 series when used in conjunction with low-voltage ECO halogen lamps from OSRAM. An annual operating time of no more than 2,000 lighting hours is conditional for the guarantee. The System⁺ Guarantee (lamp + ECG) applies to lighting systems with no less than 50 lamps. Adherence to the IEC switching rhythm is conditional. For the extended one-year system guarantee, the lighting system must be registered with OSRAM. You may follow this link to register. Registration must be made within 30 days of initial operation of the lighting system.

General Conditions

Guarantee Level 3d requires registration after initial operation. The one-year guarantee is valid only for the original set of low-voltage ECO halogen lamps of the types listed above that are installed in the system. The one-year guarantee expires upon lamp replacement (1st relamping). Statutory guarantee claims shall not be affected by this guarantee and shall apply independent from it and in parallel. Guarantee claims will be handled by the local OSRAM office in the relevant country. Exterior applications are exempt from guarantee.
