The extended three-tier System Guarantee from OSRAM

OSRAM now offers an even more extensive three-tier guarantee for ECG and ECG/lamp systems from OSRAM.

Guarantee Level 1

OSRAM Guarantee

OSRAM offers a full three-year guarantee on selected electronic control gears. The guarantee starts when the relevant luminaire with the appropriate OSRAM ECG is first put into operation.

Guarantee Level 2

OSRAM System Guarantee

If ECGs and lamps from OSRAM are used together, OSRAM offers a full five-year guarantee on selected electronic control gears.

For the System Guarantee, the lighting system must be registered with OSRAM.

Guarantee Level 3a

OSRAM System+ Guarantee

If OSRAM ECGs and LED-Modules are used together (selected series or types), OSRAM offers a full three-year guarantee on the OPTOTRONIC control gears and a full three-year guarantee on the LED-Modules.

For the System+ Guarantee, the lighting system must be registered with OSRAM.

Guarantee Level 3b

OSRAM System+ Guarantee

If OSRAM ECGs and LUMILUX fluorescent lamps are used together (selected series or types), OSRAM offers a full five-year guarantee on the QUICKTRONIC electronic control gears and a three-year guarantee on the LUMILUX fluorescent lamps.

For the System+ Guarantee the lighting system must be registered with OSRAM.

OSRAM System+ Guarantee

If OSRAM ECGs and LUMILUX fluorescent lamps are used together (selected series or types), OSRAM offers a full 5-year guarantee on the electronic control gears and lamps.

For the System+ Guarantee, the lighting system must be registered with OSRAM.

If ECGs and HCI/HQI high-pressure discharge lamps (selected series or models) from OSRAM are used together, OSRAM offers a full five-year guarantee on POWERTRONIC electronic control gears and a full one-year guarantee on the HCI/HQI high-pressure discharge lamps.

For the System + Guarantee, the lighting system must be registered with OSRAM.

OSRAM System+ Guarantee

If ECGs and low-voltage IRC halogen lamps (selected series or models) from OSRAM are used together, OSRAM offers a full five-year guarantee on HALOTRONIC electronic control gears and a full one-year guarantee on the low-voltage IRC halogen lamps.

For the System+ Guarantee, the lighting system must be registered with OSRAM.
