OSRAM extends its guarantee on systems, electronic control gears and fluorescent lamps.
The following guarantee terms and conditions apply.
Guarantee Level 3b
The System+ Guarantee (lamp + ECG) applies to QUICKTRONIC ECGs of the QTi, QT-FH, QT-FQ, QTP, QT-M, HF...DIM, QT...DIM and QT-DALI series used in conjunction with the following fluorescent lamps from OSRAM:
* T5 HE and HO / 16mm linear fluorescent lamps of the LUMILUX versions with exception SEAMLESS
* T8 / 26mm luminaire (L 18 W, L 36 W and L 58 W) of the LUMILUX series (light colours 827, 830, 840 and 865).
Annual operating time of no more than 4,000 lighting hours
The System+ Guarantee (lamp + ECG) applies only to lighting systems with no less than 50 fixtures.
Adherence to the IEC switching rhythm in the system
Adherence to a burn-in time off 100 h at 100% luminous flux to stabilise illuminant for dimming of new fluorescent lamps
The System+ Guarantee (lamp + ECG) also applies to the following dynamic dimming applications (e.g. RGB systems):
* coloured T5 / 16mm luminaires, and
* coloured T8 / 26mm luminaires (L 18 W, L 36 W and L 58 W).
General conditions
Guarantee Level 3b requires registration of initial operation.
The 3-year guarantee is valid only for the first installation of the above mentioned fluorescent lamps.
The 3-year guarantee expires after first maintenance (relamping).
Statutory guarantee claims are not affected by this guarantee and shall apply independent from it and in parallel.
Guarantee claims will be handled by the local OSRAM office in the relevant country.
